Final three-storey houses released: Chance for families to get dream home in new landed estate
With five en-suite bedrooms and a private lift each, the last batch of terrace houses at Pollen Collection in Seletar Hills are designed for your loved ones to live in luxury
Pollen Collection allows home buyers a rare chance to own a new landed home in Singapore
In Singapore, landed properties remain a scarce asset class, with only five per cent of home owners occupying such dwellings.
This rarity has not, however, diminished demand. On the contrary, the limited inventory of landed homes continues to fuel robust interest among buyers.
Now, more can realise their dream of living in brand-new landed homes at Pollen Collection, developed by Bukit Sembawang Estates Limited.
Since the launch of the project in early 2023, Singapore’s largest landed estates developer has planned the release of units at Pollen Collection in congruence with market demand. Close to 70 per cent of the 132 units have already been sold.
Ms Lisa Goh, the company’s general manager of marketing and sales, says: “Through an intimate understanding of how space is utilised, Bukit Sembawang Estates believes that the true beauty of a great house lies in a level of functionality and liveability that enhance the living experience, creating a genuinely transformative environment.”
Final batch of landed homes at Pollen Collection for sale
Bukit Sembawang Estates has released the final batch of 24 Type A terrace houses at Pollen Collection since September. This represents a rare opportunity to own a thoughtfully designed landed home in this sought-after development, which sits on a 99-year leasehold plot in Seletar Hills, along Ang Mo Kio Avenue 5.
There are two distinct layouts for intermediate terrace houses – Type A and Type B – at Pollen Collection.
The Type A terrace house is of the more conventional design where the living and dining areas are on the same level, while the Type B one features a split-level layout with the living and dining areas on different levels of the house.
The Type B intermediate terrace house design, which Ms Goh calls “a unique and rare layout for landed homes”, was part of the homes released previously. They have since been sold completely.
What makes the Type A terrace houses in the final release particularly unique is that the back of each house is not adjacent to another, which offers the homeowner more open views, more privacy and better airflow throughout. Prices for the Type A terrace houses will start from $3.85 million*.
“For the Type A intermediate terrace, many of our customers are impressed by the 6m-high ceiling at the living dining area, which is always light-filled and breezy,” says Ms Goh, adding that such a feature is "often one important criterion on the checklist of most home owners when selecting their dream homes”.
Luxurious, expansive living spaces for families
Each Type A terrace house at Pollen Collection will have five levels, five en-suite bedrooms and a private lift
Award-winning, home-grown firm W Architects, which has transformed the landscape of Singapore with notable landmarks such as the Lee Kong Chian Natural History Museum and the Victoria Theatre and Concert Hall, designed Pollen Collection to optimise space efficiently.
Guided by the three key intertwined elements of space planning, adequate natural light and ventilation, the firm has adopted a design that prioritises both comfort and functionality, making the most of the available area to enhance daily living.
That is why Pollen Collection offers substantial living spaces, with each intermediate terrace home providing over 4,100 sq ft of built-up area. Corner terrace and semi-detached homes are even bigger.
“It’s almost impossible to find this much space in other property types within a comparable price range,” explains Ms Goh.
Externally, the bold textured facade establishes the modern identity of a house at Pollen Collection, while internally, its light-filled, airy and spacious interior offers a warm and cosy ambiance perfect for families.
Home owners and visitors stepping into each Type A terrace house unit will like how bright and airy the living and dining areas are, thanks to a 6m floor-to-ceiling span
The open design of the living and dining areas form an ideal multi-functional space for the entire family. These spaces also connect the dry and wet kitchens for a smooth flow and effortless entertaining during gatherings.
Outdoor gardens and terraces are designed to seamlessly integrate with indoor spaces, inviting natural light and breeze through the windows. They also provide a comfortable space for enjoyment of nature, outdoor hobbies, al fresco dining or hosting guests.
Every Pollen Collection house features open terraces to relax and connect with nature
There are five en-suite bedrooms at different levels of a Pollen Collection house – these not only provide space and comfort for multi-generational living, but this space planning also ensures that your home can easily adapt to your family’s evolving needs and wants.
To that end, home owners can convert any room into a home office, a hobby room or a gym – the possibilities are endless.
Elevated comfort: Private lifts and modern amenities
A Pollen Collection home has its very own private glass-door lift for true accessibility and convenience for every member of the family.
To cater to the modern family, each home is fitted with smart technology as well. The main door, gate and air-conditioner can be easily controlled via a mobile application, boosting convenience and efficiency while providing peace of mind.
